Cancellation & Refund Policy

KAUTIKA NARESHKUMAR BAWANTHADE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • KAUTIKA NARESHKUMAR BAWANTHADE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the KAUTIKA NARESHKUMAR BAWANTHADE, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can request an order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.
  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If payment was made online (via Razorpay or Paytm), the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), no refund applies as no payment was received in advance.

Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control, but we ensure all refund requests are processed promptly.


3. Cancellation by LICATE INDUSTRIES

LICATE INDUSTRIES reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues.
  • Payment authorization failure.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions.

In such cases, users will be notified via email or phone, and the refund (if applicable) will be processed promptly.


4. Modification of Orders

We currently do not support direct modification of confirmed orders.
If you need to change product details or the shipping address, you must cancel the order (before dispatch) and place a new one.
