1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Products that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electronic components or parts that have been soldered, installed, or tampered with.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Items sold under “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will verify eligibility and provide a return authorization.
  3. Once approved, you may need to ship the product back to our designated address (shared upon approval).

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling charges are non-refundable.

In case of payment disputes, please contact our support before raising a chargeback with your payment provider.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and customers will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take a photo or video of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Share it with us within 48 hours of delivery at licate2021@gmail.com.
    We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per product availability.

7. Exchange Policy

In certain cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund if the same product (or variant) is available in stock.
Customers will be informed of exchange eligibility upon contacting our support.
