Welcome to Licate (https://licate.in), operated by LICATE INDUSTRIES. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed on our website or mobile application.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We have partnered with 10+ courier partners (ATS, FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, ECOM Express, Xpressbees, etc)  for smooth and expedited delivery of parcels. These are third-party service providers that are not owned by Licate.

India Post (GOI):
If your location is in J&K, North East States, or in remote areas or villages then we highly recommend you to select this option for confirmed delivery, else the order may get delayed or returned due to a non-serviceable area.
Note: Shipment from India Post can be delayed due to regional or national holidays and limited working hours.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–5 business days
  • Other States in India: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or for specific order amounts (as mentioned on the website).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier fails to deliver the package on the first attempt, they will usually make two additional attempts.
If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered during checkout are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

  • Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at licate2021@gmail.com or whatsapp on this no 9923863745 with photos/videos of the parcel.
  • Our team will verify and resolve the issue through replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery is not available at this time.
