Shipping order policies

We only ship your orders through reputed courier agencies to ensure the safety and good condition of the product in the fastest delivery time possible. We can deliver the products all over India. Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the package or the product is not in good condition or if the packing is damaged. And if you refuse to accept the package, then it is your responsibility to inform us through our communication methods by mentioning your order details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that the replacement process shall take place to you as soon as possible.

Delivery and shipping timing

The time of delivery is dependent upon the supply of the item and the time of your order’s placing. 98% of our purchases were shipped either the day of the order or within 24hrs after the date of the order. We strive to send your order on the same day as your purchase. We only ship orders on working days during the week (Monday through Saturday) and exclude public holidays and government holidays. The shipping process is not available on Sundays. Orders placed after Sunday are processed on Monday. The maximum delivery time is between 4 and 7 days for any location anywhere in India, Although the shipping companies have their own methods to ship the packages, that’s why the delivery time is unpredictable. Instead of placing an order at the last minute, please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery.
